I read Strain of Resistance and loved it. I have read many Dystopian novels and I have to say that this book is very well written. As soon as I'd finished reading this book I wanted to read the Prequel and follow up straight away. Now, a quick warning, this book kind of finishes on a cliff hanger, not really a bad one, but one that makes you want the next book to find out what happens, without giving any details away (phew!). The first chapter completely hooks you, then the second chapter is set some years into the future so the story slows down as you have to acquaint yourself with all the different characters. But once you know who's who, the story takes off again and takes on a life all its own. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who loves reading futuristic type stories..
