Quelques mots sur l'auteur

Matthew Mather’s (1969–2022) books have sold millions of copies, been translated and published in over twenty-five countries, and optioned for multiple movie and television contracts. After starting his career at the McGill Center for Intelligent Machines, he worked in ventures ranging from nanotechnology to cybersecurity before becoming a full-time author of high-concept speculative thrillers.

Lucas Bale writes the sort of intense, gripping science fiction thrillers which make you miss your train. His bestselling debut novel, The Heretic, is the gateway to the award-winning Beyond the Wall series, an epic hard science fiction space opera. Bale wasn’t always a writer. He was a criminal lawyer for fifteen years before he discovered crime doesn’t pay and turned to something which actually pays even less.

Keith Szarabajka has appeared in many films, including The Dark Knight, Missing, and A Perfect World, and on such television shows as The Equalizer, Angel, Cold Case, Golden Years, and Profit. Szarabajka has also appeared in several episodes of Selected Shorts for National Public Radio. He won the 2001 Audie Award for Unabridged Fiction for his reading of Tom Robbins’s Fierce Invalids Home from Hot Climates and has won several Earphones Awards.
