3.5 stars — I thought I would like this one more than I did, but I was disappointed that Sam never really had plans to open up to anyone else, especially Steph…course, that might change after the book takes place, but I’m still bummed. Sam had a LOT going on with her, and having never experienced anything like what she went through, I found it hard sometimes to understand her reluctance after so much time. I don’t fault her, I genuinely don’t, it was just hard for *me* to get it. She grew in
