Corrections officer Sierra Howell is engaged to Assistant Deputy Warden Lamont Simmons. Their unconditional love for each other has brought them through some tough times. Yoshe has always enjoyed writing, but it wasn’t until she left her position as a New York City corrections officer in 2004 that she became reacquainted with her passion to write.
