“Excuse us. We have to get to class.” Dylan maneuvered Celeste past Andrew. He waited until they were further down the hallway before he spoke again. “Are you okay?”
Her lips twisted into a painful parody of a smile. “Fine.”
He leaned over to speak into her ear. “The next time your fingers dig into me that hard, you won’t be thinking about him.”
Although Dylan made a brief appearance in the YA book Tomboy, this story is not for younger teens due to adult content.
