Kate Morton grew up in the mountains of south-east Queensland and now lives in London. She has degrees in dramatic art and English literature, specialising in 19th century tragedy and contemporary novels. Emilia Fox is best known for her role as Dr Nikki Alexander in BBC’s Silent Witness.
