Piper Rayne has quickly become a favorite author of mine. Such a great writing team! I have come to love reading and listening to their books. This was another book I just didn't want to put down, so picking up with the audio version when needed was perfection! After the ending of book one, I couldn't wait to get Brinley's story. This was an emotional read at times as Brin tried to re-ignite her life and Van fought to bring light into her life. The chemistry between them sizzled and I found myself totally riveted to the story as they helped one another heal. I loved how although gone Grandma Dori still has a way of being involved, that just makes these books more special. Connor Crais and Melissa Moran did a wonderful job with their narration. Their voices are easy to listen to, brought the characters and story to life.

I was so excited for The Issue With Bad Boy Roommates and I couldn’t wait to get back to the fictional Alaskan town of Lake Starlight, i guess all I need to say is this book was everything I expected and so much more. The writing duo of Piper Rayne know what their readers want, they give us towns we fall in love with and characters we come to look on as friends and this series is right up there with the best from them. For me Van and Brin’s story is the perfect addition to this great series.
