Brian “Head” Welch is the cofounder and lead guitarist of the Grammy Award–winning, multi-platinum metal band KoRn. He is also the bestselling author of the book Save Me from Myself. He lives in Nashville, TN.
Brian "Head" Welch was born on June 19, 1970 in Bakersfield, California. He found his musical call at the age of eleven, at the time he took his first guitar. He co-founded KoRn in 1993, which dominated the Metal Nü movement of the nineties and beyond. The band has obtained two Grammy and sold more than 40 million albums worldwide.
