“A spirited fantasy that weaves elements of mystery and intrigue into its story line. A QUEST OF HEROES is all about the making of courage and about realizing a life purpose that leads to growth, maturity, and excellence….For those seeking meaty fantasy adventures, the protagonists, devices, and action provide a vigorous set of encounters that focus well on Thor's evolution from a dreamy child to a young adult facing impossible odds for survival….Only the beginning of what promises to be an epic young adult series.”

--Midwest Book Review (D. Donovan, eBook Reviewer)

“Rice’s entertaining epic fantasy [THE SORCERER’S RING] includes classic traits of the genre—a strong setting, highly inspired by ancient Scotland and its history, and a good sense of court intrigue.”

I find it insulting that adults have the audacity to critique the author when they fail at basic spelling and grammar, and they don't pay attention to simple facts like Morgan Rice is self-published and there are no "publishing companies" involved. As for the book, there are a few mistakes and some details that are off but nothing that truly impacts the storyline. Most of them are imperceptible. Imo it's an amazing work. I would recommend it to everyone I know that enjoys this genre. I got this one free but I will absolutely be paying for the remainder of the set.

I couldn't stop listening! I usually listen to this Author s books while I create, either building furniture, designing and installing real floors, restoration and refinishing, antiques , hundreds of years old, that have been damaged by that many years of abuse or passing through generatiins if hard use...Then Floors with Rivers running through the rooms. larger scales if river table ideas....I alo sculpt, carve, and paint pictures...TIME PASSES WHILE I Am lost in Books that takem deep into the reality of this writers imagination. Yes Love these Books, series or stories that make it hard o quit my Hobbies...I'm 74 years old, 5'1" retired, sine 2013, business owner..that still has years to fill.. Great Book and beginning to series...Starting right now... Thank You Again

The author can't be bothered with deciding if the main character is from the east or west side of the ring. I bet if I tried reading the print version I'd find more issues with the writing. Glad that I haven't paid with money for any of this authors books. At least this one the reader isn't pronouncing words incorrectly as happens in the survival series.
