قيادة التسبيح خدمة عظيمة ومهمة مقدسة وهامة جداً “ عادة يكون مفتاح الأجتماع بيد قائد التسبيح “ إنه شرف عظيم وكرامه فائقه أن يكون لنا الفرصة لنقود شعب الرب فى تسبيحه وعبادته ... لذلك تحتاج بعض الملاحظات. يجب أن يكون القائد مهيأ بالصلاة لأجل نفسه ولأجل الحاضرين وكل فرصة العبادة. يجب أن يأتى مبكراً قبل الأجتماع بنصف ساعة على الأقل للصلاة بمفرده أو مع الراعى أو مع العازفين أو أى شخص موجود من المؤمنين. عليه أن يكون على أتصال بالعازفين لتأكيد وجودهم و لتنسيق الترانيم وأرقامها. ألقاء نظره عامه على المكان والآلات والبنوك واللمبات والسلوك والشبابيك والساوند .. “ إذا لم يكن هناك شخص مسئول عن هذه الأمور “.
