The book is in Thai language. The English title of this book is Strategic Planning Towards Successful Performance Management. It describes the relations from Corporate Direction to Strategic Planning to Strategy Implementation, and then to Performance Management, with examples and case study.

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และปริญญาโทด้านวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ และวุฒิบัตรด้านการจัดการธุรกิจค้าปลีก และด้านการจัดการนวัตกรรมจากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เป็นนักเขียนด้านการบริหารและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2534 มีผลงานเขียนจนถึงปัจจุบันรวมกว่า 50 บทความ และเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายรวมกว่า 100 ครั้ง

หนังสือ "แผนกลยุทธ์ กุญแจสู่ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานและธุรกิจ" เป็นผลงานหนังสือเล่มแรกที่กลั่นจากประสบการณ์การทำงานในระดับบริหารกว่า 23 ปี

Pradit Pinyopasakul graduated both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Engineering, Certificates in Retail Management and in Innovation Management from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He has been a writer of over 50 articles and a speaker of over 100 events on management and information technology since 1991. With over 23 years of progressive professional development, he has been in senior executive levels in information and communication technology, manufacturing, and retail Industries. This book entitled Strategic Planning towards Successful Performance Management is his first book written in Thai language.
