言簡意賅──三字經 洪秀蕊
《三字經》因為全書每句為三個字，所以命名《三字經》，是古時
兒童在私塾最初誦讀的書。其作者眾說紛紜，有說是宋朝人區〈歐〉
適、或說是明朝人黎貞，而明清的學者多認為是南宋名儒王應麟（字伯
厚，號深寧，又號浚義遺民）所撰，這也是最通行的說法。而根據《三
字經》的內容約可推知本書完成的時間，大概是在元朝延祐年間，後來
歷經各代文人，如民初國學大師章太炎及時人陳立夫等的增修，才成為
現在所見的《三字經》版本。
《三字經》雖是以三字為一句，卻言簡意賅，內容豐富，從人的本
性、教養之道、五常之德、十義精神、勸學箴言、諸子百家著作來由、
古聖先賢勤勉事例，甚至歷代帝王興替…等等都有所著墨，文字淺顯而
敘述詳明，難怪成為古時代代相傳、家喻戶曉、也是幼兒琅琅上口的啟
蒙讀物。
