后___，母_做_款“_炒_豆芽”有些特_：起混合油_(菜油三分之二，_油三分之一)七成油__，_干辣椒_炸至泛__，下几粒花椒炸香，迅速倒入洗__干的_豆芽(适量姜片、蒜片同_下_)下_翻炒，加_、醋、醪糟汁(比加料酒和糖更_醇厚)快炒至_生起_。_脆生生的咸、酸、辣、下_一碗米_，_中剩下的酸辣香汁拌第二碗米_。后_我想，_或_就是我和儿子都喜__款豆芽菜的原因吧。
