龍宮之妙景於佛經上有記載，但世人卻無由得以一窺其堂奧，只因世人業障深，故無法一遊水晶宮之勝境，一飽水底之曼妙景緻。近世雖有潛艇之發明與製造，得以深入海底一窺究竟，但畢竟只能見到有形之景，對於無形之景象則無法一覽其勝也。
濟佛慈悲，屢屢分身下凡渡世，已成就最上乘之佛果，本可逍遙於無極理域，永不退轉，奈何佛心慈悲，見眾生之沉墜，佛心不忍，故屢獲母娘及玉帝之畀重，帶領正鸞生遊歷著書，早已立下無量功果，誠令眾生讚嘆不已。
南天直轄全真堂正鸞乩生童生明清，本乃呂仙祖身旁之道童轉世，宿具慧根、德本，加之心中之渡眾大願，故歷劫而下凡，作渡眾之先鋒，隨濟佛上天堂、下地獄、遊人間，著書以勸化群黎。假以時日，功果圓滿之時，自得證果逍遙，脫離六道輪迴。時值新書開著之際，吾聊賦蕪詞以為序。
