About this ebook
2019年是動盪的一年，正值臺灣關係法40週年，也是美中全球戰略關係激烈變化的開始。在美國共和黨主政下，確認美中戰略競逐身分之後，其下的「台美關係」也面臨進一步可能的結構轉變。至少「美台關係」朝向與「中美關係」比較平行式的發展趨勢。而中國提出「兩制台灣方案」，引發台灣的激烈反彈，也加深雙方對抗心理，從而讓兩岸關係再度進入一個「深水區」，顯示出美中台三邊關係「複合式」相互影響的結構特性。
