About this ebook
本書分成了三個部份。
第一個部份是財技密碼，內容是有關公司財技的基本知識，以及操作的過程；前者的內容，其實首尾呼應，必須通曉了後者某部份，才能夠貫徹理解，因此，建議初學讀者須得把本部份通讀兩遍，才可融會貫通，更好地理解整套財技的概念。
第二個部份是炒股密碼，所講的理論，兼收並蓄，集各家知識，成一家之言，詳細解說由我首先提出的財技炒股法，年輕一代股民可說無不受到這方法的影響。此部份內容結構硬淨，理論架構如鋼筋般堅實，布局和推理可說是無懈可擊。
第三個部份為炒股實戰，講的是投資股市的實務，與第二部份的理論相輔相成，密不可分。本部分融合更多更新的炒股知識，尤其關於買賣股票的成本、風險、回報和值博率、時間值、證券商的專業、投資者分類、策略制定、勝算評估、財務/注碼/大市策略、長揸短炒分析等等方面，可謂鉅細無遺，推陳出新。
本書的寫作模式，著重理解，而不著重死記，希望讀者在讀畢本書後，不一定記得全部內容，但卻能夠觸類旁通，自創見解。
這些年來，太多的新晉財經作者湧現，對於他們的挑戰，我會以英國鐵娘子在1990的講話作回應：Current status: 650 applicants and no vacancy.
