奇普．康利 (Chip Conley)╱史丹佛大學管理碩士，現為「幸福生活」飯店管理公司（Joie de Vivre Hospitality）的創辦人與負責人，旗下經營26家企業，包括飯店、汽車旅館、餐廳、高級露營度假村、酒吧與豪華芳療館等，每年總營收高達6,000萬美元。康利除了曾經榮獲美國「年度創業家」和「年度游擊行銷專家」等榮銜之外，全美各大平面媒體如《華爾街日報》、《紐約時報》、《今日美國》、《時代》雜誌和《時人》雜誌等，都曾刊載康利的專訪。康利在自行創業之前，曾任西海灣開發公司（Bay West Development）的專案經理與合夥人，也能擔任摩根史坦利不動產公司（Morgan Stanley Reality）合夥人。
