小卡爾．瑞普肯 (Cal Ripken Jr.)╱美國職棒大聯盟退役球星，職業生涯長達21個球季，終身效力於巴爾的摩金鶯隊，曾連續出賽2,632場比賽，贏得「鐵人」稱號，相當於連續上班17年從未有一天缺席。小瑞普肯的球員生涯共擊出3,000多支安打和400多支全壘打，在美國職棒史上一共只有8位球員有此佳績。小瑞普肯退休後成功從球場轉戰商場，擔任瑞普肯棒球集團（Ripken Baseball Group）總裁兼執行長，掌管旗下數支小聯盟球隊以及業餘棒球訓練營，並且在2007年入選美國棒球名人堂。
