About this ebook
本計畫將建構預約式無障礙小客車運輸服務資訊系統，讓使用者只要一通電話或一個APP就能得到無障礙小客車運輸服務。就前述規劃之營運、管理與監理面，規劃設計與建置資訊系統與使用者端APP，讓使用者可以透過電話、傳真、網頁、行動裝置等方式，簡單、方便地得到運輸服務，主管機關能更快速且有效地進行監理稽核，營運者能更有效率的進行車輛與人員管理及派遣、排班作業。 除此之外，並導入實際營運之試辦計畫並評估其成本效益，最後針對未來推廣應用時所需的具體執行方式亦須一併提出。本計畫亦將辦理教育訓練、座談會、及成果展。 依據前述分析結果，研擬推動預約式無障礙小客車運輸服務作法與配套措施，俾使本項服務作法能長久營運。 本計畫預期效益包含滿足更多有需要無障礙小客車運輸服務者、節能減碳，以及協助身心障礙者、高齡者擴大生活圈。應用方面，能提供交通部、衛生福利部預約式無障礙運輸發展施政之重要參考依據，亦能提供地方政府、無障礙小客車運輸服務業者車輛預約、派遣與稽核等資訊系統，提升日常作業效率。
