內容簡介
本書共分為六大章：第一章總則、第二章參與分配、第三章動產執行、第四章不動產執行、第五章其他財產權執行及第六章保全執行等內容；每章均涵蓋多個實務問題，每一問題按照「問題」、「說明」、「結語」及「註解」等部分編撰。在問題部分，係蒐集金融業界所發生之具體的實務案例；說明部分，係為個案問題研究的重心，以學理及實務兩項層面之見解作整理與解析，而提出獨到見解；結語部分，係藉由問題之整體分析作一簡要的結論；最後，在註解部分，係參照學者著作或司法實務上之見解，供各界參酌使用。
本書特蒐錄銀行公會民國98年彙整之「近年來金融實務上發生值得檢討研究之強制執行法實務問題」，並蒐集近年來關於強制執行問題之判決(例)、法律座談會、民庭總會決議等實務見解，以期提供金融法務實務工作者更新且完整之辦理強制執行事件參考資料，極具實用及參考價值。
