宋龍袞撰。袞爵裏未詳。其書皆記南唐事，用紀傳之體，而不立紀傳之名，如陳壽之志吳蜀。第一卷為先主昪，第二卷為嗣主璟，第三卷為後主煜，而附以宜春王從謙及小周後，第四卷以下載宋齊邱以下僅三十人，陳陶、孟賓于諸人有傳，而查文徽、韓熙載諸人，乃悉不載。考鄭樵《通志•略》，載此書原二十卷，此本闕十卷。晁公武《讀書志》載此書凡八十四傳，而此本闕五十傳。殆輾轉傳寫，佚脫其半。錢曾《讀書敏求記》亦作十卷，則明以來已無完本，不自今始也。曾稱其行文贍雅，今觀諸傳，皆敘次冗雜，頗乖史體。陳振孫《書錄解題》載無名氏江南餘載序，排詆此書頗甚，是當時已譏其疏。黃朝英《靖康緗素雜記》摘其敘江為世系與史不符，又摘其記伶人李家明《苑中詠牛》及《皖公山》兩詩，與楊億《談苑》所記王感化對嗣主李璟事，姓名時代互異。又摘其記“家明對嗣主雨懼抽稅事”，與南唐近事以為申漸高者，亦複牴牾。王楙《野客叢書》摘其記陳陶仙去，而曹松、方幹皆有哭陶詩。是傳聞異詞，亦所不免。然其中如孫晟、林文肇諸傳與五代史頗有異同，可資考證，馬、陸二書亦多采之。流傳既久，固亦未可廢焉。（百度百科）
