About the author
蔡子龙医生目前是新加坡伊丽莎白医疗中心的资深眼外科顾问医生，陈笃生医院眼科玻璃体视网膜专业眼外科顾问医生，公共服务奖学金获得者。曾任亚历山大医院眼科部主任及国立健保集团眼科医学院眼外科顾问医生。1993年在爱丁堡皇家眼科医学院学习，1994年获得新加坡国立大学医学研究生院眼科医学硕士学位，1997年完成高级专家培训，1998年取得新加坡医学专科学院院士。1 997年7月至1 998年6月先后在多伦多大学、纽约眼科医院进行玻璃体视网膜专科培训。1998年成为新加坡、英国医药总理事会和香港医药理事会的注册眼科医生。
目前，蔡子龙医生兼职于新加坡国立大学临床教师、中国青岛海慈医院眼科中心客座教授及上海瑞金医院眼科客座讲师。他也是新加坡国家肾脏基金会儿童医疗基金部的主席。
