About the author

蔡震榮

中央警官學校畢業，留學德國取得杜賓根法學博士，1987年回國任教中央警察大學曾擔任警政研究所所長以及行政警察學系系主任及所長，2006年12月移民署成立，擔任入出國及移民署副署長，在任職期間起草制定人口販運防制法以及多次移民法之修改。2009年到真理大學任教，先後擔任法律系系主任及財經學院院長，2019年起任職玄奘大學法律系系主任。學術專長領域為行政罰法、行政執行法、警察法以及入出國及移民法，並著有專書。
