본 바이블은 국토 안전관리에 열일하고 계신 건설기술자분들께 직무 중 틈틈이 들여다볼 수 있는 로드맵 참고서가 될까 하여 올해에 거론된 건설안전 기술사 논술사항 포인트를 정리한 후 손에 잡히는 솔루션을 제시하고자 만든 실전적 전공서입니다. 2023년 129회~131회(3회분) 출제된 93문항(중복 포함)의 안전 문제 주제들을 검색하고 정리하여 비교·검토·분석한 다음 기술사 수험용 답안지 형식에 맞추어 시험 보듯 작성하다 보니 업무경력상의 고집스러운 방향성에 다소간 오탈자도 있겠으나 한결같은 심지로 글을 짓고 각종 표와 삽도 디자인을 넣기까지 본인 또한 건설안전분야의 심각성을 새삼 절감할 수 있었던 나름대로 의식 고취의 소중한 계기가 되지 않았나 싶습니다. 아무쪼록 수많은 건설 현장 안전 최일선의 여념 없는 와중에도 사고 제로 목표를 향해 나아가시는 여러 선·후배 제현님들께 흔들리지 않는 우보만리와 우공이산의 본질을 전할 수 있다면 안전 제일로 다가섬에 오롯이 뿌듯할 따름이라는 생각입니다. 무재해를 기원하며 저자 드림
