About this eBook

If you've ever felt lost in the sea of contradictory training and diet advice out there and you want to know the truth behind 12 of the most common, and most harmful health & fitness myths out there. then you want to read this book.

Let me ask you a few questions.

Do you believe that your genetics are preventing you from making great gains in the gym?

Do you do certain exercises because they're supposed to shape your muscles?

Do you stretch before lifting weights to prevent injury or increase strength?

When doing cardio, do you shoot for a target heart rate zone to burn the most fat possible?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, you're in good company as most people do the same. But here is the kicker: Theres NO science behind any of it. Quite to the contrary, however, science actually disproves these things.

Thanks to the overwhelming amount of fitness pseudo science and lies being pushed on us every day by bogus magazines and self styled gurus, its becoming harder and harder to know how to get in shape.

Well, this book was written to debunk some of the most common and harmful myths in the health and fitness industry, and teach you what you really have to do to get lean, strong, and healthy.

The book is an eye opener especially for people like me who starts to become serious in becoming fitter. It offers the answers to questions that are often masked by marketing people who disguise themselves as health experts. Moreover, the author cites references in his explanations to the myths that we have been made to believe. If you don't want to waste time figuring out what works and what doesn't this free ebook is worth reading. I would give this book 5 stars if it has illustrations.

I downloaded this book as the world of health and fitness is full of many myths, tips, tricks and hints to get the perfect you quicker, faster, easier. Whilst I knew that the journey I began a mere month ago was going to be a long one to self-improvement and require a total overhaul of my current lifestyle and habits I wondered if any of these tips had any merit. Matthews not only dispels the rumours and untruths of the fitness world but provides evidence and studies which explain why something doesn't work and what would work instead. I think this added explanation and alternative made everything I read sink in more for me and helped me to realise how I can improve my workout technique and eating habits, which hints to follow and which to ignore. I certainly feel better prepared and informed to change my life and am most definitely going to purchase Michael Matthew's other books to continue to learn from him.

About the author

Hi,

I'm Mike and I believe that every person can achieve the body of his or her dreams, and I work hard to give everyone that chance by providing workable, proven advice grounded in science, not a desire to sell phony magazines, workout products, or supplements.

I've helped quite a few people achieve their health and fitness goals, and at their urging, I am sharing what I've learned and know works in my books.

So if you're looking to get in shape and look great, then I think I can help you. I hope you enjoy my books and I'd love to hear from you.

Sincerely,

Mike
