Tracy Pearce taught eight years as an elementary school teacher in kindergarten and first grade. During her first year of teaching, she was nominated for the Sallie Mae First Year Teaching Award for her district. She has edited educational curriculum and written several resources for Shell Education and Teacher Created Materials.
