I loved this book, it gives you recipes and a good understanding of what the diet and follow through require. No...there is no step by step lay out...but you juice for 21 days, that is all you eat/drink. Then...you slowly add solid foods like salads and veggies back. It is very explicit not to have "pizza and beer" on your newly cleaned system. It could put you in the hospital. I am really confused by all the poor reviews...I think it is a wonderful book, and it worked really well for me.

This book and plan are awesome, it's easy to follow and works! I suffer from arthritis in my knee, neck and shoulders, I've been on the plan 2 wks now and the all the pain is gone! My hair and skin look healthy and I feel amazing and have lost 15 poinds! this works if you follow and stick to it. The first couple of days are rough because you want to chew something after that it's a breeze...good luck

I was able to read this in just a few days. I thought the book was awesome. I borrowed it from the library. This book illustrates what to do to get healthy. Basically a diet of juice and soups. If you have an illness or want to avoid one this would be a start. I am now on a 21 day detox, Day 11. I've juiced for years but this is what started me to fast.
