О аутору

Kalyan Ali Balaven is an educator and a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant, who serves actively on the Board of Standards for the California Association of Independent Schools. He also serves on the governing boards of ISEEN, the Independent Schools Experiential Education Network, and Community Works West. He is the founder of the Inclusion Dashboard Consortium and the Inclusion Factor, a free database of resources on DEI for educators. He is a recognized trailblazer in both online and blended learning, a recipient of the Eukel Trust, and A Better Chance Hero Award. He was awarded certificates in Educational Leadership from Harvard University, and Data Science from the Haas Business School at UC Berkeley. He has a Juris Doctorate from UC Davis Law School, and a B.A. in History from UC Berkeley. He has been named the Head of the Dunn School in Los Olivos, California, and will begin his tenure in 2021.
