Nelson Professor and Chairman of Pediatrics at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jeremiah Davis is a Community Pediatrician at Mosaic Medical in Bend, Oregon. Michael Levy is a Pediatric Clinical Lecturer at the University of Michigan and C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
