About the author

Mr Chaudhari is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is a business consultant providing professional services in fields of strategic business planning, risk management, due diligence and corporate compliance. He has more than seven years of experience in the field of consulting and international business management, covering international trade disputes, and managing export and import trades. He has completed many assignments of various public sector banks related to risk-based audits, forensic audits and special assignments from the regulators.
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant he also holds degree of Master of Business Administration, International Banking and Finance and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examiner. He also serves as a member of board of various companies in India.
Based on his experience, he has written numerous articles for trade and business magazines. He is actively associated with state and national level trade associations. He is also a founding member of national level NGOs in the education and agriculture sector.
