About the author

Abdul Majid is a Tenured Associate Professor at the Department of Physics and Director at Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization in University of Gujrat, Gujrat, Pakistan. His research interests include experimental and computational studies of semiconductors at bulk and nanoscale for utilization in electronic, optoelectronic and magnetic devices.

Maryam Bibi received Masters in Physics degree from the department of Physics, University of Gujrat, Pakistan. She has worked on manipulation of compound semiconductors for applications in devices. Her research interests include realization of compound semiconductors and energy materials for applications in devices.
