An Associate Fellow at Templeton College, Oxford University, she also works with KPMG on acquisition issues. The author has consulted and lectured world wide regarding acquisition strategy, planning, communication and implementation and is widely published in the area. She includes amongst her clients several of Britain's largest companies and numerous international businesses.
