About this ebook

In this rather extensive collection of Japanese 3-line haiku poems, the mystical blends with the simplicity of the world to create sacred, transparent, and yet profound and inspiring insights, to guide you further, on your spiritual path. Reading and contemplating these poems will sustain your mindfulness and you will be inspired to meditate more, in your daily routine. The book is organized in 29 chapters, all related to virtues and spiritual aspects. I have covered most of the topics that a seasoned spiritual practitioner or even a beginner one would need for his meditative and contemplative practice and I am sure that any practitioner will find plenty of poems that he can resonate with, in this book. May all these poems that I wrote with much love, guide your heart on the path of beauty and simplicity. Namaste

About the author

His journey as a writer began in May 2018, at the age of 39. In December, the same year, he received his first-ever prize for a short sci-fi story, written for a contest organized by the well-known Romanian sci-fi club Helion, based in Timisoara, Romania, where he took the 2nd place, with the short story "They Were Two". In 2018 and 2019, he has published three books, out of which two are collections of Japanese Haiku poems, and one is a spiritual title. In July 2020 he released "Mindfulness in Your Everyday Life", his first solid spiritual title, that is the 1st book of a long series entitled "The Golden Path". Adrian Tanase is also a spiritual person, aside from his love for electronic music and science-fiction books, actively practicing meditation since 2002. Next, he is planning on releasing his first science-fiction novel, called "Future Imperfect", which will open the way for a full-fledged trilogy and a few spin-offs. Adrian Tanase is also known as an electronic music producer, creating music under the moniker "Xplore" since 1999.
