Ahmad Pitra BHM (Hons)., M.Mgt, is an accomplished professional with a diverse academic background and extensive work experience. He has acquired a strong educational foundation and has excelled in various role.
Ahmad Pitra completed his academic journey with a Master of Management (By Research) from Management and Science University (MSU) in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, a Bachelor in Hospitality & Tourism Management (HONS) from the same institution, and his Senior High School education from SMA Negeri 02 Pendopo, situated in Kab. Empat Lawang, Prov. Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia.
Ahmad Pitra currently holds the position of a Lecturer at Management & Science University (MSU) located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. He has been occupying this role since the year 2019. His responsibilities encompass active participation in cultivating the academic milieu within the School of Hospitality and Creative Art (SHCA). This involvement centers on the realm of management careers, specifically those prevalent within the vibrant spheres of hospitality and the creative arts. Additionally, he also assumes the role of a lecturer at Jakarta Global University (JGU, Depok).
Additionally, Ahmad Pitra has served as a Regional Manager (Indonesia) at Management & Science University (MSU), Selangor, Malaysia. Operating from the University’s Level 17 Management Tower, he was responsible for the coordination and management of international relations within the Global Affairs Department. This role involved working closely with international partners to foster scientific study connections on a global scale.

Ali Ridho, S.Hum., M.Mgt, the eldest child of 5 siblings. Born in Depok on November 20, 1995. The author pursued education at Pesantren Al Masyhad, Sukabumi, West Java. Later, continued Aliyah (high school) education at Pesantren Darullughah Wadda’wah, Pasuruan, East Java. During the time as a santri, the author had an interest in social studies, particularly culture and management. In 2013, the author pursued higher education at the University of Indonesia (UI) in the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB), majoring in Arabic, and graduated in 2017. The author’s thesis focused on the development of Islamic thought with a Sufi approach and its organizational influences.
In 2018, the author had the opportunity to obtain a scholarship for the Master of Management program at Management and Science University (MSU), Malaysia, and successfully completed the program in 2019 with research in the field of human resource management with a specialization in Islamic organizational culture. Just as social and religious sciences continually evolve with the times, a researcher is required to delve deeper into the structure of knowledge.
With this motivation, the author pursued a Ph.D. education at the University of Indonesia, majoring in History from 2020 to the present. The author previously served as the Head of the Management Department in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta Global University (JGU), from 2020 to 2022. The author is currently dedicated to the position of Head of the Jakarta Global University Islamic Cultural Centre (JICC).
As a lecturer, it is the author’s duty to fulfill the Three Pillars of Higher Education: education, research, and community service, which represent the author’s dedication to advancing education in Indonesia. Various writings, including books and internationally indexed Scopus and national journal articles, have been published.
In service to the community, the author actively participates in webinars organized by the campus and has had the opportunity to contribute to various television programs. Discussions revolve around the development of religious concepts in life, including topics such as the evolution of preaching, the development of the halal industry, halal lifestyle, and more. The author has also begun to actively write books related to management with various approaches, with the hope of contributing to education in Indonesia.
