This was sold to me as Hunger Games meets magic, and it didn't disappoint. And no, this wasn't like the Hunger Games beyond the choosing of a victor and the promise of carnage. It stil held my attention even though there wasn't that much killing. There were some obvious things that I saw coming since the beginning, but there were others that surprised me. This was fun.
