About this ebook

Allen Carr has helped millions of smokers from all over the world and he can do the same for you.

Allen Carr (1934-2006) was a chain-smoker for over 30 years. In 1983, after countless failed attempts to quit, he went from 100 cigarettes a day to zero without suffering withdrawal pangs, without using willpower and without gaining weight. He realised that he had discovered what the world had been waiting for - the Easy Way to Stop Smoking - and embarked on a mission to help cure the world's smokers. Allen Carr is now recognised as the world's leading expert on helping smokers to quit, having sold over 14 million books.

This enhanced eBook combines an updated version of his internationally best-selling Easy Way to Stop Smoking with a 75-minute audio epilogue from Allen himself, giving you all the expertise and support you'll need to become a happy non-smoker for the rest of your life.

This book is amazing. I got to the end and I thought this is chap.it ain't done anything but when I went to make a smoke the interest had gone and I didn't even want one. That was 3 and a half months ago and I was in prison at the time. I felt a kind of pulse in my mind and that was it. The book is boring and repetitive but u have to read to the last word. If u don't read this book and u want to stop u are stupid. Courteney, u don't need audio. I just read the book. Obviously in prison u can't have them

The audio seminar which is supposed to be included at the end of this book was the only reason why I purchased this copy. I already owned an older copy which made this a total waste of money.

All made perfect sense. Only been a day not smoking but I do genuinely feel better, little triggers here and there but just ignore them, easier than expected. I would like the audio seminar as I paid for it please.

About the author

Allen Carr was a chain-smoker, who used to get through a hundred cigarettes a day until he discovered the Easyway to Stop Smoking in 1983. His method involves a psychological reappraisal of why people smoke as well as understanding the subtle and pervasive nicotine trap and how it works. No other method has ever been as successful in getting smokers to quit.
