Allen Alexandre is an Employment Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida born and raised in Miami, Florida. He has attained a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Edward Waters College and a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science from Nova Southeastern University. He has over 15 years of hands on working experience in different environments from fast food, restaurant, call center, construction, remodeling, retail, customer service, sales, security, counseling, medical and etc.. Achieving the understanding of employers detailed needs as well as employee day to day job duties to meet the highest level of success. He has also sat down with hiring managers to understand their perspective of qualifying resumes. Throughout the venture of interviewing and seeking employment he started a career as Employment Specialist in 2015, which ignited his resume writing skills. Allen has written resumes suitable for prominent position in all areas. He has successfully helped many people meet their desired career and job goals throughout working in the Criminal Justice System (Adults & Adolescents), Department of Education (School System), Social Security Administration, American Disability Association and Veteran Association.
