I wouldn't go so far as to say this book gives you everything you need to know. However, as a first time landlord, the book did provide some excellent information. I did like how the book gave individual information about each state such as security deposit return time frames. The cd-Rom could be more useful if you were able to add sections, not just fill in the blanks on the rental agreement. But the information did seem to match that of previous lease agreements. Overall a good book for the beginner.
