Although this book on the surface may seem helpful. Basically if the kids get brainwashed just give up. But nevertheless get a good therapist. Because you will need therapy and possibly medication going through this mind-bending hades. And do not completely alter your life to accommodate seeing your children or being in their lives. That's the biggest mistake of all. And it's essential to make sure you keep a good support system for you. Some people scatter when you're going through a difficult time. So you'll find out who your real friends and family are.
