The manual contains all the relevant excerpts of the source and force of provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act), 2013 and rules made thereunder. this being so, the manual is not confined to only the provisions of the Act, but also covers other subjects having relevance, which are the virtual sources of the provisions enacted by the act.

An attempt has been made to provide an overall and comprehensive information for the stake holders at large. No effort has been spared to ensure that every desirable information is provided in the manual with a view to ensure that the manual is a complete questionnaire, with every question that may arise in the mind of any stake holder, being answered.

Born in the year 1977 at Bhiwani, Haryana (India), the author is noted criminal lawyer, practicing law at Rewari, Haryana (India).

The author graduated in law from the Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana in the year 2000.

The author has been into active law practice, having enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, since the year 2000.

The author is the appointed Special Public Prosecutor by the Government of Haryana.

The author hails from the family of three generation of lawyers, having 20 years of practice to his credit, with specialization in criminal law. father of the author retired as District Attorney from the cadre of Haryana State Prosecution Services.

The author is running and managing a law firm in name and style of "Law Offices of Kr. Vivek Tanwar Advocate & Associate".

The firm is rendering services to individuals and corporate entities a variety of services in varied legal spheres.
