My daughter is afflicted with an extreme milk and soy protein allergy. She gets eczema if my wife has the slightest bit of milk or soy products. It also causes extreme discomfort for her by causing her to be extremely gassy. This is an easy guide for when I am at the grocery store.

About the author

 After discovering that her baby girl had a dairy allergy, Ari made drastic changes to her family's diet and lifestyle so that she could continue to nurse her daughter.  She found that dairy allergies are becoming increasingly common and her complete book, "Dairy Free Baby", to provide research, advice and recipes for a dairy free life, will be released in January of 2014.
