Suparna Dutta, PhD, is Associate Professor, Department of Management, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra Ranchi (Noida Campus), Noida. With more than a decade of teaching experience, she has authored/contributed chapters in three books on communication. Dr. Dutta has published several research papers and articles on communication and development communication in national and international journals.
