About the author
B RAJESH KUMAR is Associate Professor at the Institute of Management Technology, Dubai, and holds a PhD in Management from IIT Kharagpur, India. He has published over 25 empirical research papers in refereed journals which include those covering mergers and acquisitions. He has written two books which include a textbook on mergers and acquisitions. His co-authored research works have been cited in popular financial newspapers and magazines including The Financial Times, MoneyWeek, and The Economist.
