4.5 star review Back To Us (Dare With Me #4) by J H Croix J H Croix is a relatively new author to me but what I have read I have found to be well written and entertaining. I love stories set in small towns and Back To Us ticked the boxes for me and I could easily see myself in Diamond Creek, Alaska. This is Gabriel and Nora’s story and I was invested in from the first to the last chapter. I fell hard and fast for Gabriel and I loved how feisty and sassy Nora is. She could easily stand up to him and anyone else for that matter. These two have a history but once Gabriel told Nora that he didn’t do commitment she froze him out and didn’t speak to him for months. However, the chemistry sizzles between them and is to hard to ignore. Gabriel is totally swoon worthy and I loved everything about him, except when he buried his head in the sand about his feelings for Nora until it was too late. Finally coming to his senses it is up to Gabriel to eat humble pie and convince Nora to take one more chance so that he can prove his love and that he is finally in for the long haul. This is a heart warming story of love, family and romance and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. I found myself smiling throughout this book and was sad when I got to the end which is a sign of a good book. I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

Back to Us is book 4 in the Dare With Me Series set in the small town of Diamond Creek, Alaska. First off I want to say I have only read the last two books in this series so I’m prove that these books can be read and loved as stand-alone’s but that being said I have fallen big time for the residents of this small town so I will be playing catch-up with the first two books in the series. Gabriel and Norah have a history but when he told her he wasn’t looking for a relationship and he didn’t do commitment she walked away and didn’t speak to him for months. Problem is when you have chemistry it’s hard to ignore the feelings our heart conjures up even when out head tells us not to get involved. So when Gabriel finally comes to his senses it’s going to talk a lot of grovelling for Norah to even think about giving him another chance ..... This romance touched me on so many levels I swooned, I sighed, I smiled and I fell hard and fast for this couple, add in the wonderful family and friends who live in Diamond Creek and you get a great read. If you love small town romances this book should certainly be on your radar and I’m looking forward to reading the previous books in the Dare With Me Series.

4.5 stars This is book 4 in the Dare With Me series and it features Nora and Gabriel. These two had a secret friends with benefits thing going on for a year. There was some one-sided feelings going on and she ended it. This story is all about heavy baggage and deep regrets. Great story line and as always, totally awesome characters! There are lots of everlasting friendships, true loves and family. I would love to live in the little town of Diamond Creek, Alaska with all these amazing people. I’m looking forward to the next book in this fantastic series!
