À propos de cet e-book

The tenets of Nonviolent Communication (1892005034) are applied to a variety of settings in these booklets on how to resolve conflict peacefully. Illustrative exercises, sample stories, and role-playing activities offer the opportunity for self-evaluation and discovery. The concept of love is redefined not as a feeling, but as an activity—a process of honest giving and taking. Professional analysis of personal stories illustrates relationship patterns in which love is treated as a guilty obligation or something to be proved. Lessons for building effective communication of feelings and needs are additionally provided.

I love it. It impacted my ability to interact with myslef and my partner, profondly. I highly recommand it. It met my need for hope to find ways to express my needs without causing pressure in others by the way I was expressing my needs. Now I have space to listen and give space when the other hear my request as demand. I, now have tools to check if my requests are heard as request or as demand. From the result of my checking I can work at making myself heard better while hearing the others needs. I feel delighted having such book. Though it took me more than a year after buying it to be able and ready to actually read it... By the way I havent' finished reading yet. I take my time and I am eager to go further in the reading. It has already helped me so much I do want more joy. :)
