A fine collection of good and easy to make Chinese food. The book does not always indicate the regional source of the food recipe. Many recipes are modified from it's original ethnic version. I read a lot of the recipes and personally tried about 7 recipes all taste very good. Much better than you get from most so called Chines shopping center restaurants. I recommend this book to all that are not Chinese but like the food. The references in the book to ingredients is done well. The authors references to equipment, utensils, and ingredients is made so it is easily available and obtainable on most super stores, in contrast to other Chines cook books that requires you to have access to a "Real Chines market", this is a real plus. I perspective based on what have written above they deserve 5 Star. I used 4. Well Done. Alex Remington.
