Sobre l'autor
Michael Dolan has been a communications consultant for many types of organizations and a writing teacher for more than 25 years in the Management Department of at Portland Community College. Dolan has worked with people inside an organization just like yours. As a journalist and writer, he has published widely in newspapers and magazines. A founding member of the reform-minded Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association, he currently runs his own finance business in Portland, Oregon, and has served as president of the board of directors for two affordable housing corporations. “Effective communication in everyday life – at work, in the community, and with your government – sets you free.” His primary book is the successful “Write Better and Get Ahead at Work,” second edition forthcoming.
