Bill Welychka is an award-winning Canadian entertainment journalist, television personality, and television editor and producer. Welychka is most widely recognized for his work as a show host and VJ for MuchMusic and MuchMoreMusic from 1992 to 2005, but he has also since hosted Breakfast Television in Edmonton, been a weather anchor in Ottawa, and written a monthly column for The Kingston Whig-Standard. His distinctly disarming interview style and genuine interest in the people around him, whether they are internationally celebrated musicians or local event organizers, has endeared him in the hearts of many around the world.

Welychka is now the co-host and co-producer of Global News Morning in Kingston, Ontario, where he resides with his fiancé, Amanda.
