4 1/2 stars. I really enjoyed Dommie and Walker's story. This was a second chance at love with Walker realizing and trying to atone for how he left Dommie. They had great chemistry with a great support system surrounding them. Dommie tried to put the past behind her and found that her trust had been damaged but wanted to move beyond because of her love for Walker. There were emotional moments in the last quarter of the book. I recommend this story.

Walker is the forward for the Baltimore Breakers and is a player on and off the ice. Blazed is a fast paced, entertaining story that ticked numerous boxes for me. Neither Walker or Dommie had ideal childhoods, with both having erected walls for their own protection. 
From the moment they met the sparks flew and it was entertaining to watch the push and pull dynamic of their relationship. When Walker realises that he wants more from Dommie he does what he has to but has a hard time.

I love sports romances, and really enjoyed both Dommie and Walker, but this didn't feel like a standalone. It felt more like coming into the middle of the story. I do plan to go back and read the book in the series that came before this one next and am looking forward to the next one, which we get some of the setup for in this one. Rating this one 3.5 stars.
