I loved this latest addition to the series. The world building was so incredibly well done. It had everything from all consuming love to utter betrayal. So many twists and turns, fast paced, action packed, gripped on the edge of your seat, so you’re left with wanting more. I’m definitely excited for wherever Lexi and Cole’s journey takes us next.

I was on the edge the whole book. Cole has really let the darkness in. I was scared for him at the end of the last book.This book puts Lexi in a new light. She has her work cut out for her. I screamed at her a few times when I thouht she was making the wrong choices. LOL. Brenda really kept me guessing how thins boo was going to end. I just knew with the new enemies and problems I was going to be upset with someone. Boy, that ending had me exhausted. I needed a day to rest after everything.

Not to be clique...but she has done it again! Yet again, Brenda Davies has kept me glues to Cole and Lexi's continuing saga, waiting to see what will happen next. Lexi struggles to find her place as the ruler of the realm, while trying to save Cole from the Shadows that are fighting to take him from her. I couldn't put this book down! I felt Cole'sstruggle and was on pins and needles as Lexi met with rulers of the different parts of the realm to see if they would recognize her as their rightful leader. Can't wait for the next installment.
